Where is my data stored?
Your clients, contracts and your whole ledger stay on your phone — not on our servers. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I record a raise, a bonus, or a change of scope?
Open the contract and add an adjustment. A zam changes the rate from a date you choose — past periods keep the old figure and future ones use the new one. A prim is a one-off addition, kapsam changes an agreed total, and kesinti is a deduction. All of them stay visible in the contract’s history.
A retainer payment arrived. What do I do?
Nothing to type. The expected row is already waiting on Bu Ay on its due date — confirm it in one tap, or edit the amount first if the payment was partial.
What does the split card mean?
Collected → minus the VAT you charged → minus the tax set aside → what’s yours. The VAT figure is exact. The set-aside is an estimate and says so; the app never decides your tax for you.
Do you handle e-Fatura or file anything for me?
No. Hakkım is a record-keeping ledger. It does not connect to GİB, it does not issue invoices, and it does not file anything. It shows you where you stand between filings — your accountant still files.
I bill clients abroad. What does the app do about the exemption?
It tracks it, it does not decide it. The four conditions of Decision 11257 are a checklist you confirm, and if you have export income that hasn’t reached Türkiye yet, the app tells you before the deadline. Whether the exemption applies is your accountant’s call.
How do I give my accountant the year?
Ayarlar → export. You get a PDF and a CSV for the year you pick, shared however you like. (Pro)
How do I delete everything?
Ayarlar → “Verileri sıfırla” wipes the whole ledger from the device immediately. Uninstalling removes everything including your settings.
What's in the free version?
Two contracts with the complete ledger — adjustments, per-contract VAT, expenses, recurring costs, the exact VAT split, the tax calendar, reminders, and the export-exemption warning. Free forever. Pro adds unlimited contracts, the advance-tax projection, exemption tracking, the yearly overview, and PDF/CSV export.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Hakkım.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancellation stays active until the end of the period.
Are the tax figures official?
No. Rates, brackets and deadlines come from published legislation and are updated without needing an app update, but every projected figure is labelled an estimate. Hakkım is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice.
