Where is my data stored?
Your properties, tenants, and your whole ledger stay on your phone — not on our servers. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I update the rent?
Use “Update rent” on a property’s ledger. Apply the legal TÜFE ceiling in one tap, or enter your own amount. Paid months keep the old figure; future months show the new rent.
How do I mark past months as paid?
When you save a contract with a past start date, every month up to now is seeded as paid automatically — just unmark any exception.
How do I back up / restore?
Settings → Backup exports a full backup you can restore on a new device from the same place. Backup is free.
What's in the free version?
A full ledger for one property, the rent-increase calculator, reminders, and backup — free forever. Pro unlocks unlimited properties plus PDF receipts, increase letters, and the yearly income report.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kira Defterim.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancellation stays active until the end of the period.
Is the rent-increase calculation official?
The calculator uses TÜİK’s published 12-month TÜFE average and the TBK art. 344 ceiling. It’s for information, not legal advice.
